A very aromatic Sauvignon Blanc

This six-pack is an ideal way to explore the subtle differences of each of the individual blocks from which the grapes were sourced

savoury fruit and strong compact tannin

thus preventing the development of the veil of flor and allowing the wine to age while exposed to oxygen

whilst preserving some structure

Chateau Vieux Ferrand 2018 gisbourne millton-vineyard-and-winery A very aromatic Sauvignon BlancThis wine has a pretty ruby colour. The nose is very pretty with floral aromas and a strong minerality that gives this wine a beautiful elegance. In the mouth, the minerality gives all its freshness to this Pomerol, and the present but well melted tannins make this vintage an excellent wine.
