Domaine William Fèvre Chablis Grand Cru Valmur 2021 Size::1 Bottle The underlying gravel

The underlying gravel

it powerfully and harmoniously combines fruit and floral aromas with roasted and candied notes

The nose shows a perfect balance between notes of ripe red fruits like raspberries and plums and spicy notes of clove and black pepper

then raised in old oak for eight months

The resulting wine is less fruit forward but instead explores the interaction of Sauvignon blanc and Oak barrels

Domaine William Fèvre Chablis Grand Cru Valmur 2021 Size::1 Bottle The underlying gravelCharming bouquet with astonishing fruitiness and a good mineral character. The powerful, strongly constituted palate lacks neither elegance nor roundness.
