Rosé Girlan IGT Dolomiti Libri sul Fumo Lento chocolate and a little tobaccoThe name "448 s. l. m." indicates the geographical positioning of the historic farm of the Girlan Winery, which is situated on 448 m altitude. Historical grape varieties from our production area are grouped in this wine. Here, the soils are rich in minerals, formed from sediments from the Ice Age. Harvesting is done manually in small containers for transport to the winery. One part of the grapes is de stemmed and after a 12 hour maceration is pressed.
