Cantina Bellavista Franciacorta Teatro Alla Scala Brut Franciacorta DOCG 2020 sauvignon-gris Great accompaniment to an antipastoThe Spumante Gran Cuve Brut Teatro alla Scala edition of Bellavista is born in vineyards located in the heart of the Franciacorta DOCG. It is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Half of the wines from which it is made mature for 7 months in small oak barrels, the other half in steel. This Brut is characterized by a bright straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens
