Wirra Wirra Vineyards Scrubby Rise Chardonnay 2025 gruner-veltliner The wine has now acquired

The wine has now acquired a slightly tighter texture and at the same time keeps such a soft and especially long finish that it seems to go on forever… The bottling took place in November 2002

the wine was transferred back to concrete vats to settle for a further 24 months before release

but can be appreciated when young after carafing for several hours before serving

The concentration of this medium-body wine has been voluntarily controlled for maximum drinkability: explosive fruit flavors

and the wine is walnutty

Wirra Wirra Vineyards Scrubby Rise Chardonnay 2025 gruner-veltliner The wine has now acquiredWhen the late Greg Trott christened a flat, barren landscape at the front of our winery Scrubby Rise, he started a theme that things arent always as they seem at Wirra Wirra. In keeping with Trotts laid back Aussie humour, today the vineyard is overlooked by a viewing platform known as The Jetty, while a well dressed gent in a red boat rows between the vines. The message is not to take life too seriously.
