VTG BLUE APPLE PATTERN POLKA DOT SLEEVELESS CASUAL SUMMER DRESS S 10 Denim the full blouse haas aVintage sleeveless empire style tent dress with button detail on the strap sleeves and an overall polka dot style pattern featuring tiny apples in many different colours. No fabric label can be found but would suggest cotton, it feels thick and soft. Good quality. The front of the dress displays a chest piece going down to a V where the skirt part of the dress is attached, with soft pleats going down and giving the empire effect in this tent dress.
